Red Clay Brewing Company
Red Clay Brewing pours in a century-old warehouse a block off the railroad tracks in historic downtown Opelika, named for the iron-rich soil that colors the whole region. Founded by local friends in 2015, it anchors the Auburn-Opelika beer scene with a lineup that runs from easy golden ales to IPAs and rich stouts, plus taproom-only experiments. Downtown Opelika's revival — restaurants, music venues, and boutiques filling the old brick blocks — makes Red Clay the centerpiece of one of East Alabama's best evenings out.
