Straight to Ale is the flagship of Huntsville's remarkable beer scene. Born in 2010 and now headquartered at Campus No. 805 — a converted middle school that ranks among the South's great brewery destinations — it brews with the Rocket City's sense of humor and ambition alike. Monkeynaut IPA, named for the primates who flew America's early space missions, is one of Alabama's best-known beers, and the sprawling campus adds a speakeasy, arcade, and event halls to the taproom.
